Welcome to Acumen's Electronic Enrollment System (EES)!

Our system takes the hassle out of completing large amounts of paperwork by electronically filling out all the program-specific forms required by the partipant's self-directed program. All you have to do is answer a series of questions per individual (participant, employer, and employee). EES then generates the form with all your information in the right places!
